Leadership

“A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader. A great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.”  - Eleanor Roosevelt

Our leadership seminars vary greatly depending on the group and the target. Whether taking your first steps in a leadership position or enhancing already existing management skills, we have the ideas and the programmes to offer participants the correct seminar for their needs.

The main emphasis of all leadership trainings lies in developing soft and hard skills in your role as a leader.

With regards to soft skills, this includes such topics as communication skills, motivation, offering feedback, dealing with the varying demands of different employees, or the art of being a role model.

A focus is also set on such topics as leadership styles, delegation of tasks, the leader-employee relationship.

This seminar is very interactive. It involves trainer input on a number of issues followed by group discussion, personal reflexion, various exercises and role play and a high degree of constructive feedback from the trainer.
